NBA Summer League - Day Seven

Day Seven of the NBA Summer League from Las Vegas featured a number of blistering offensive performances hotter than the Southwest desert heat.

The first game of the day between the Denver Nuggets and the Detroit Pistons belonged to Denver guard Von Wafer who shot 11-for-19 and scored 25 points as the Nuggets sped to a 92-84 victory. Former Piston Will Blalock added 16 points for Denver. The continuing prolific play of Arron Afflalo and Rodney Stuckey proved a reasonable consolation prize for the Pistons. Afflalo scored 19 and Stuckey, one of the finest players to take the court this summer, added 18.
