2008 NBA All-Star Weekend 411

This weekend is a great weekend for us hoopheads as the greatest players in the world will all converge in New Orleans, Louisiana and display their talents and put on a show for the millions and millions of fans around the globe! Want to know more about the various events and the All-Star Game itself, go for it.

With Kevin Garnett already sitting out and Rasheed Wallace taking his place, another All-Star will be watching the festivities from the sidelines. Caron Butler will miss this weekend's festivities with Ray Allen taking his place. One Boston Celtic out, one Celtic in.

Dependent on what happens today, Kobe Bryant might be another casualty of this year's All-Star Game. But, if anything, it will give the NBA a chance to right their wrong and get Baron Davis on the team.
