Upperclassmen To Watch During The Sweet 16

Yesterday, I did a radio interview talking about the NCAA Sweet 16 and the Association and was accused of plagiarizing Bill Plaschke of the L.A. Times. However, considering the source of the accusation - edgy talk radio host Elvis of The Dog House, you have to take it with a grain of salt. A lot of it. Especially since he has Western Kentucky going all the way.
In any case, read Plaschke's excellent coverage of the UCLA Bruins as I believe they will go all the way and take the NCAA Championship... despite my love for the Tar Heels. However, going through Kansas scares me. Anyway, I believe in the Kevin Love Movement mixed in with the upperclassmen of UCLA that have been to the Final Four the previous two seasons. Look for the Bruins to add championship banner number 12 and their first since 1994-95.
Last week, I wrote about Love and his fellow freshman phenoms that can find their way to NBA teams come June. From the list, only he and Derrick Rose of Memphis remain in the tournament.
This week, I bring you six names of upperclassmen to watch during the Sweet 16 that could be chosen during the 2008 NBA Draft. But, first things first. The dance continues tonight and goes through the weekend until the magical Final Four teams remain. And, sorry Elvis, Western Kentucky won't be one of them.
