NBA Division Reports - 4.2.08

After a long time sitting on the sidelines, Elton Brand has finally been cleared to play. But will he? If so, what for really? I know he can be a free agent, but I think his perceived value is a lot better than if he came back and stunk up the Clip Joint. Oh well, just one man's opinion. Speaking of opinion, you get TWO with both Nick and Dave giving you the dish on both the Pacific Division Report and Northwest Division Report.
In Lang's Central Division Report (he's covering for Tom who will be out this and next week), you'll learn that Jermaine O'Neal returned to the Pacers lineup, while Donnie Walsh left the organization to join the New York Knicks as President. See what else is going on in the Central because Lang has his finger on the pulse!
The Philadelphia 76ers are proving to be for real in regards to their recent overachieving ways. However, when you beat the Boston Celtics and come close to beating the Cleveland Cavaliers and have been 20-7 in almost the past two months, well... maybe you shouldn't be considered overachieving. Read more about the Sixers, Celtics, and the rest of the teams in the Atlantic in Brendan's latest Atlantic Division Report.
Here are the previous reports from Blake (Southeast) and Chip (Southwest).
