TORONTO RAPTORS

Recap Rewind: Raptors fans were sent on a roller coaster of emotions this week as the team was whupped by the Spurs, pulled out a big win against the Rockets and then came out flat and got blasted by the Bucks and Cavs.

Notable News: Andrea Bargnani flew back to Italy this weekend to spend some time with his ailing grandfather... Bryan Colangelo put up a scoreboard this week in the Raptors locker room to keep players updated on the Atlantic and Eastern Conference standings... Toronto has lost their last six games against San Antonio... Anthony Parker has missed the Raptors last three games because of an ankle sprain... The Rockets are holding opponents to 42% from the field this season yet the Raptors shot 57% against them this week... The win against Houston was TJ Ford’s first win as a pro in Texas... Toronto is 14-0 when shooting 50 percent or better this season.

Fast Forward: Despite losing three of their last four games the Raptors still hold a four game lead over the Nets atop the Atlantic Division. Toronto has a slow week with only two games (against Washington and Memphis) so hopefully Sam Mitchell is able to re-focus the troops and squash the two game losing streak they find themselves in.
