CHICAGO BULLS
Recap Rewind: The Bulls find themselves stuck behind Cleveland and Detroit in the Central Division. They kept treading water last week, starting with getting drubbed on the road at the Miami Heat. The next night the Bulls turned the tables on the Orlando Magic by posting a 24 point win. The week ended in Boston where the Bulls put together another road win over the Celtics.
Notable News: The Bulls backcourt of Ben Gordon and Kirk Hinrich continue to pace the way when the Bulls win. The pair combined for 42 points in the win over Orlando and 47 points in the win over the Celtics…Forward Malik Allen left the Orlando game and was taken to the hospital to be treated for an irregular heartbeat. He was released the next day and will continue to be evaluated, but is expected to make a full recovery.
Fast Forward: The Bulls go home to play the Boston Celtics again and then hit the road for games at the Philadelphia 76ers and Memphis Grizzlies. The Bulls can’t even think about dropping one of these games if they want to be a factor in the Central Division race.
