Recap Rewind: After the Pacers blew a lead to lose at the Minnesota Timberwolves and were handled at home by the Washington Wizards, their losing streak reached eleven games. But the streak ended there as the Pacers put it all together in blowing out the Atlanta Hawks.
Notable News: Jermaine ONeal received a second opinion on his sprained left knee and when he was assured by the second party that there was no other structural problems he jumped back in the lineup for the game against the Wizards. He remains below 100% but his presence on the floor gives the Pacers a chance to win Marquis Daniels remained in street clothes all week, also out with a knee injury. He planned to get a second look from Dr. James Andrews Jeff Foster strained his lower back against Minnesota and missed the next two games Jamaal Tinlsey threw in a career high 37 points in the Pacers loss to Minnesota.
Fast Forward: The schedule toughens up for the next few games. The Pacers start the week with the Texas two-step, playing at the Houston Rockets and San Antonio Spurs on back-to-back nights. The Pacers then return home to play the Miami Heat on Friday and the Chicago Bulls on Sunday.
