MY TAKE - Things Go Right If These Three Things Happen:
1. J.R. Smith finally finds a place he can call home where he can succeed as a complementary scorer to Carmelo Anthony and Nene Hilario comes back strong.
2. Kenyon Martin stays healthy and gets back to the level of play he had when he was on the New Jersey Nets.
3. Carmelo keeps on improving as he is taking his role as a leader, not just on the Nuggets, but in the NBA as well very seriously.
MY TAKE - Things Go Wrong If These Three Things Happen:
1. Carmelo is out any significant amount of time because he is "the man" on this team and is basically irreplaceable.
2. Marcus Camby gets hurt more than usual. Camby is undoubtedly a force down low with his ability to block shots and rebound.
3. Andre Miller, who is loving Head Coach George Karl's offense, gets injured because he makes the team go.
